Description: It says on TAB that I have 15 REPs instead of 27. In /rep it says I have 27

I mean, based on the fact @Lord Octagon and Marsh also have 15, despite the fact on the UCP they have more it would seem apparent to label this as a bug where it is being capped at 15.
