Currently the only think I can see is the job title, which I'm not sure if it was a small mistake or intentional. The baton and knife, you'll have to give evidence for.

Seems the player was already punished for the baton and knife incident, and the job title, not sure if it's a mistake and even if it isn't anything beyond a verbal warning isn't necessary.
Approved as it was already dealt with in a way.
