User info Box - Hungames - Oct 18, 2017
Service [Forums/UCP/TeamSpeak]: Forums - User Info Box at the top right
Description: The profile picture shows up when your profile picture has been uploaded to the servers. When you use a link, the profile picture doesn't show up.
Bug observed since: Long time

That shows up when I upload my profile picture, but only the <title> will show up when I use the link to: https://yt3.ggpht.com/-4sJ4rlej-90/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/KEhMRdYKJ0k/s100-c-k-no-mo-rj-c0xffffff/photo.jpg
