Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Increase the speed of the S.W.A.T Van to 40 MPH instead of 30 MPH and increase acceleration slightly.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
The reason for this is comparing the maps, Evocity and Rockford - Rockford is more hilly than Evocity and going up most ramps/hills in Rockford actually slows the vehicle down by 10 MPH. If you are stopped or prevented, then you are actually unable to go back up the hill and require to reverse back down to get a leading start to get back up.
