SteamID: 0:0:187855186 and the other player name Skrt has 3 accounts so i idk which is which but his profile picture has a signature

Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. CDM, Fearp while i was doining a arrest
Name of Player:HarryWillams broke Fearp and Skrt broke CDM and he even confessed he did it and said thank you make sure you put my twitter on it

I can't decide by looking at pictures of a situation that was happening, what I mean it, you can understand an insult or propblock or propabuse from a screenshot but not CDM and FearRP. If you have no further evidence, I'm afraid I'll have to deny this.

Sadly we can't use witnesses as well. I'll have to be denying this due to lack of evidence.
