Suggestion Type: [In-Game/Forums/Other] IG
Explain your suggestion, in detail: Simple, give players access to the big movie screen to use via a high REP count of 10ish General for a higher reward.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Currently we don't have much in the ways of high rewards for players in the 10 REP count area, so why not give this to them? I'm not saying it won't be abused as those players exist, but we have staff members for a reason. In most cases this will be used in creative ways and I see no reason to restrict a player's access to these tools.

I'd rather it be 10 meaning it does fracture the difference. This would also allow people to have actual goals to want to complete for it and it would mean that these 10-15 people aren't fighting over who is owning the Cinema. It's bad enough that the Cinema takes about 1/2 the population of the server (at least at this moment in time).
We should have more items that are above 5 as there once you get 15 (Gov, Gen, Und) you have all unlockable REP items to your disposal and LimeLight has been open for 2 years with quite a few players with +15 REPs, whether they be different or not.
