Summary: Trespassed into the pd and as I taze him to arrest him (He was evading), he DC'ed to avoid arrest.

Again, the only way to do this.
It shows in the text that I handcuff him, it then says I tazed him as he started to avoid arrest. After it says I reload my tazer, he disconnects.
