Player has a warning for insulting and threatening in OOC and will be recieving a 3-hour OOC blacklist as stated in the warning, "Using OOC to insult and threaten people with RDM, next offence will face a more severe punishment." .
For the Propkill/Proppush, player will be receiving a 4-hour PTE blacklist as he has priors for PTE.
