he also placed 3 props outside fire station and after that he was using his toolgun to use something like rope or something

Do you have anymore evidence? The picture provided does not actualy show anything occuring other than a DC/Join message
A log dig turns up a potential of this DC/Join, but it does not show any action to link it to an arrest

well I don't have any thing other than that sadly so , if he had followed fear rp and I got him cuffed then this may have bean accepted but sadly he just dc then reconnected so. nothing can be done I don't think
