Summary: I went up to my car to drive away, then Fatih Otf got in my car as I unlocked it and blew it up at mesa apartments. Then he came up to my car and RDMed me. Then I saw my car driving so I tried to stop him, but he drove me over and continued driving and didnt even bother to call EMS (CDM). He did all of this a citizen. Then he stole a car as GD.
