Hello,
1. Is it allowed to rob people while being Corleone?
2. Does Mafia steal cars?
3. Is it allowed to use custom job/clan title while being Don Corleone?
4. What kind of RP you can do?

1- That is a petty crime and Mafia doesn't deal with petty crimes
2- If you have a roleplay background ready for it like a Mob-owned Chopshop, sure.
3- It should follow the type and rules of the initial job but yes. It still has to be Mafia oriented or Cartel.
4- Protection money from stores, chop shops, smuggling, underground fights and more illegal things that aren't deemed petty.
