Summary:
They broke rule 15.1 "15.1 Do not kill or steal from your team members." As you can see from the recording, He, In the space of under 5 minutes, attempted to "Steal" from not only me but iHobbit as well even after we both warned him that He couldn't do so then he proceeded to kill us both on both occasions. Again, this breaches rule 15.1 "15.1 Do not kill or steal from your team members."

Anarchists are individuals with common goals. They are not a team unless they show it in their jobs. That being said he's allowed to rob/mug you. Him killing you is reasonable as you didn't follow his request.
Also a suggestion, when you believe someone is breaking a rule, please record it or report it and continue roleplaying.
