Evidence:
In the video you can see him running next to our wall. It seems he is watching to our base with 3rd person. If this is not true, I apologize @Blazing. But this looks like he is trying to look to our base.

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to prove with that video, where it was actually very difficult to see where I was/what I was doing, but I wasn't using any exploits to look inside your base. I stood outside your base for barely a second after talking a bit with your friend.
If I'm honest, I think you simply made this player report out of haste after your base was raided by police.
