I was involved as I was the other person with him at the time.
You tried to keep two players in different directions under fearRP, which obviously didn't work very well. The video actually shows that you had him under fearRP until I took my gun out, and then Slowkiller was no longer under fearRP.
Slowkiller broke no rules here.
