UCP Clock Error - Expired Certificate - Lord Octagon - Aug 9, 2017

Description: I felt like checking the UCP whilst 8 hours behind where I usually am, instead I get an error saying:
"The identity of this website cannot be verified: Server's certificate has expired" because the date and time on my device is outside the period which the certificate is valid for.
Bug observed since: Wednesday, 9 August 2017 at 13:36:43 Pacific Time

^ Got "the same" issue - only with Chrome telling me the UCP is "unsafe" (no https:// protocol) and that this site might be hacked. Won't let me enter.
