Summary: He shot 2 security guards as a Police Officer (Which is what i was responding to). I found him hiding inside a bush and he ran from me before i chased him down and tased him, as i put him in cuffs and about to warrant for arrest he disconnected to avoid arrest.
Evidence:
This is what i was called to: (Request) black stegosarus (356): A police officer has just shot at us (this isn't evidence, but it should show in the logs?)

The evidence has been reviewed, and the logs have supported it.
Player has been found disconnecting to avoid arrest.
As there is no evidence of him shooting the 2 security guards as a Police Officer, I can't do anything about it.
Player will receive a 1-day suspension.
