I donated for some money packs (29 Jul 2017 03:18:57 BST) and I still have not received them, I wanted cards for the event so would like this to be sorted as soon as possible, thanks

Just checked the database. Your latest moneypack was bought on Thursday, 27 July 2017 at 21:48:00. The transaction has been marked as complete.

Therefore, this is an issue that will have to be brought up with @Temar.
