Description: The BlockPM system prints the wrong message to players who try to PM someone who has their PM's disabled via /blockpm all.
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-Game.
Since when have you experienced the bug? Today.
Additional Information This can be fixed instead to say [L²:M] Nightmare has disabled their PM's - please try again later!
