Try contacting an Administrator or Moderator Stage 2 when you are In-Game.
Most Refund requests are generally done in-game nowadays.

Refund request denied - meth refunds have never been given for clientside crashes, and does not fall under the usual refund conditions outlined in the subforum. There is no evidence that a server bug caused this crash, either. Apologies it took so long to give this reply.
