I don't think your computer specs affect your ping, but it does affect your FPS.

Can't remember (replying on my mac) - but it's a laptop who can run GTA V on the lowest settings when it's on Boost - so around 2.6ghz iirc. How to fry your machine 101. i5 processor too.
Essentially I got it to replace the one I broke and it's not meant for gaming... oh well. It worked for 2000 hours of my life.
Oh, and my ping is because I'm about 7500 miles from the servers.
