Multiple people tested for me. It works for me and others. A custom page pops up with the collection. Is this still an issue?

Fixed in rev 3794. [font=open_sansregular, Arial, sans-serif]Rewrote the URL display backend. Removed old panels and commands. Fixed a bug in vgui.OpenURL. Fixed /bans, /blacklists, /content and /updates. Added a new URL panel that can be used. by @Doctor Internet [/font]
