Cannot pick handcuffs - monk - Jul 19, 2017

Description: When lockpicking handcuffs you will receive the message in chat saying it was successful but you will remain cuffed and further attempts to pick at all will result in a pop-up stating that lockpicking is already in progress (I only checked by picking cuffs, I am unaware if it prevents you from picking doors and such as well).
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-Game
Since when have you experienced the bug?: Two or three days ago.
Additional Information: So far we've found it can only be fixed by having an officer uncuff you or by having a staff member release you. Attempts to fix the problem with rope, knives, others picking, etc. have all failed.
