Labatories - Jen - Jul 18, 2017

Description: When labatories are damaged and are sparking any frozen props will spark upon freazing.
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-game...
Since when have you experienced the bug? Just today. May of been around for a year after it was added.
Additional Information When we destoryed it the bug stopped.
Images/Screenshots: @Daniel and @Zeyon witnesses this as well as @Bambo and @The Rock which responded when it was reported.

I might like to add, not sure if this has anything to do with it. But Atleast for me it began after i spawned my kamaz and crushed me, the Back of it sparked for a Short time at the area it hit me. (@phone)

Did further tests regarding this, can confirm it's due to the damaged labs.

I don't know if this is necessary but the sparkling effect also happens when someone takes a screenshot with the camera..

Seems to be done on whichever prop was last frozen.

Known bug within GMod: https://github.com/facepunch/garrysmod-issues/issues/2771

I should be able to work around this by not caching the effect data, but re-setting everything before the call to util.Effect.
