I believe I have it off. I will be testing though.
Result: Confirmed, music isn't playing on loading screen.

I think that this bug has been around since IDK when, although UCP says that the loading music is active, it's a weird thing that happens

I think this is something Garry's Mod related as a loading screen i had used to work but does not any longer although works fine inside a web browser.

Identified the problem, the way the music was loaded before was using old URL's.
