[URGENT] RS4 Advant - Monkey - Jul 2, 2017

Description: The RS4 advant is causing a major error on my game, but is their for the server. The car is invisible, as if it isn't being drawn on the client. I don't understand this error(below). As you can tell, my game is lagging tremendously. This needs to be fixed, as maybe when there is a lot more people on, it may crash the server.
