I was a witness at the time of this, i seen it all happen when i was being placed under arrest because the swat officer who was arresting me at the time got shot by the gun dealer, and ran off and then swat eventually found him across the street and shot on site !

I would also like to add that he has dc/ed to avoid arrest twice which was noted by Soviet aswell he spammed the camera which is fail rp I do not have evidence of the camera spam though

Anyone have any more evidence? This only shows the gun dealer getting injured by the SWAT, no context no evidence that he shot first.
