As I told you in OOC, I didn't hear you, and your shotgun was lowered when I saw it, so I assumed you were setting up a road block for someone else. There was no way of me telling you were behind me because I always drive in 1st person.

From the evidence supplied, it's clear that fearRP was broken. MrKat used voice with his shotgun out. Now, just because you didn't hear him, you could see his voice indicator appearing, so using common sense, you'd think he was telling you to stop.
Therefore, this report will be concluded and approved.
Due to you being on your last chance, @WarthoG I will be fair, and give you a 6 hour vehicle blacklist instead of a permanent ban.
