Suggestion for <in-game>:
In detail, explain your suggestion: Melee hits damage your car, not the player inside. Max damage with crowbar 8% from Vehicle
Why should this be implemented? It makes no sense that you can kill somebody with an Melee weapon (and the axe) while he is inside a car, but the car remains undamaged.
Will remove the discussion about FearRP with melee weapons, as the driver would not be afraid for his life when somebody with a bat comes and smashes his car.

More like any melee weapon with the ability to do so.
