In detail, explain your suggestion:
Currently, when arrested you're placed in jail and lose access to your hands. This access should be granted in prison.
Why should this be implemented?
For me, it seems like an obvious thing to do. In real life, inmates dont walk around in handcuffs.. Allowing hands in prison would actually allow for a slight increase in RP opportunities. Frankly the whole system needs a rework, but this is a start at least. Inmates can bang on their cell, throw a punch, try to break out, etc. It would open at least a few opportunities in the current crap jailing system. It requires basically no development, so why not?
Edit:
Make sure people can't pull stuff out of their inventory as well, forgot about that rather obvious point lol. S/O to Project.

right so this has pretty massive support, can we get a dev to implement this? It's relatively easy, just allow hands in the jail, restrict inventory items. @Voluptious @BezekiraWindfury
