Also both of them were working together as "Gangstas".

Mythical will receive an OOC and President blacklists for OOC insults and obvious powergaming.
Woxy will receive an OOC blacklist for LOOC insults.
In addition remember that you need to be part of the same gang to break eachother out of jail, and in that case you need a unique gang name that you share, not just generic "gangster".
