From what the evidence can show me, I see you get tased for an unknown reason and yall being warranted for an arrest. At no point can I identify if they are ranom tases, as he could've been trying to herd you guys together. Or he thought you two would make a run for it and started tasing yall.
Another thing, when detained in handcuffs, it is assumed your ID is known. This is a semi-serious server after all, they don't have to do anything extra. This is also why masked people are unmasked when in cuffs or zipties.
