Description: Fire chief can't resupply in the fireman closet, (maybe not the firetruck either)

Since when have you experienced the bug? Always
Additional Information Maybe there being 2 chiefs is a bug too? Isn't there just one fire chief in a city?

Regarding there being two chiefs: It's been set so there's only 1. Did you actually see this happen?
