I don't know where this started but it seems you two have made drama out of nowhere. He didn't insult you in OOC or OOCly by pming you or via voice chat as far as I'm aware. That particular PM was not addressed to you. You should have settled your business with him in pm or blocked said PMs from him if found the conversation too unpleasant. In fact I also suspect that you've taken this business from OOC into IC with your arrest later, and I very much hope that wasn't the case.
And besides all that wouldn't even consider the PMs shown as "insulting" worthy of punishment.
