Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. There was a taxi driver named TheSlavSlacks™ Who was cop baiting, CDM'ing me and not doing his job properly.
As you can see in the video, he drove up to the sidewalk & Nearly killed me, you can also see when he attempts to kill someone else at 0:33.
Before I started the record he was driving forward and backwards at main street, like he wanted to get in a pursuit.
