I'm trying to load into the server and it keeps crashing on downloading sounds for the server
any help?

Ensure that you have the map downloaded properly from here and also make sure that your model quality is set to high.

I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved. This thread will be closed and moved to the archive.
Summary
The user was unable to load into the server as they crashed whilst downloading sounds.
The user was guided to download the map correctly and set their model quality to high. This solved the issue.
