In detail, explain your suggestion: to replace the current Tommy gun with a CW2.0 model

it would be preferable to use the 1928 model as it has the option of a drum mag
Why should this be implemented? The tommy gun on our server currently requires you to have 5 rep points. Now i wouldn't mind this except for the fact that its pretty much outmatched by even a glock. This weapon runs of CW2.0 which makes it perfect for a replacement and it has stats which are worth 5 reps.
