Civil Defense Corps. - Apex - Mar 5, 2017

The Civil Defense Corps (CDC) was founded to counter the threat of Nuclear Conflict, The CDC joined together with the government and created a Community Nuclear Shelter, designed to protect the Citizens of Evo-City in the event of a Nuclear War. 

The Shelter contained:

  • Kitchens.
  • Library.
  • Decontamination Shower.
  • Medical Center.
  • Government office.
  • Security Office.
  • Food and supply storage.
  • Community living area.
  • Two exits.
  • News broadcasting station.
The Shelter is designed to hold all the Citizens of Evo, but also allow for complete continuation of government function, we decided to connect the Jails with the Bunker in order to allow for a Justice department to be formed, insuring that complete law and order could be kept; even if the world was literally burning around us.
