I was chilling around a house at Corleone and they came out of their car and hit me several times with a baseball bat. The screenshot also shows that Taylor's RP job was a Citizen at that point. So I think that lands under failrp. Edit: Both of the names listed also broke fear rp in the video shown. They were harassing me in rp for a long time so I decided to pull out a gun and told them to get out but they both failed to and drove off.  (This evidence is just Taylor himself): I was a cop and I was in pursuit, I rammed him so he'd stop after failing.
