You were in the vehicle with him condoning the actions between you two.
You were involved with the piano as you were near the area and allowed for the actions to take place as you were even actively partaking in the piano scenario.
You were involved with the sirens as you were in the driver's seat during a call at Connectivity Road where I told you not to use the Xmas Siren and after the call you continued to use it.
You were involved in the reckless driving as you were condoning the actions and with the actions (meaning you were promoting the rule breakage instead of calling staff or telling him to stop.)

I have. I'm sorry but if anyone breaks the rules it is unacceptable. If you inform him of the rule breakage and he chooses to ignore it, then you report it. Friend or not, sometimes they need a little harsh reminder. Fun fact, I have banned the owner of the server before.
From what I see, both of you were involved in the same scenarios each time, as such you are both involved in the punishments. More so if you know that they are violations.
