Fix the Weld Smart tool - Lightbeer - Feb 18, 2017

In detail, explain your suggestion:
It's very simple... Make the option to weld props together only, so they don't get welded to the world
These pictures/video shows what L2 has at the moment and what many of us builders want.

I wanted to make a rotation turret on my Tiger I tank without it bugging out... BUT I can't on L2.

Why should this be implemented?:
It's very annoying to build advance builds with moving props. All they do is spazzing out, when you move them.
That's why we need that option to weld props together only, without welding them to the world itself, because if they get welded together with the "props only" option... They will be stable while moving and it dosen't create any lag on the server either.
We all know the other RP community/server we used to play on before L2 got launched and they still have the option...

I believe this was disabled intentionally as people (like me) used smart weld to weld builds together, and smart weld goes above and beyond when welding.
I was informed that a prototype lightbar I had built and given to a friend was then distributed to Fumucku who proceeded to mount it on every vehicle they had, and when they went on a parade the hundreds (each lightbar had over 400 welds since every prop was welded to every prop) of welds present in the numerous lightbars proceeded to lag the server into oblivion, causing many problems.

Aslong people don't abuse it and don't cause a lot of lag. It should be back again in my opinion. It really ruins a lot of building ideas for many, because of it.

I like the idea of updating the tool. I bet there has been done a lot to it, since it got released for ages ago.

Yeah, +Support, I got that same all the time and it's also bugged like that, when I touch "Big office chair" (vehicle) it kills me if I try to push it.
