Ban Reason: NLR violation, Insulting staff via OOC, Tradeoff Punishment: FearRP/Highly Arrogant about it, time increased, Improper use of Police Slot: Shooting handcuffed suspects on request.
Why should you be unbanned?: I have been banned and blacklisted for 371 days, I have not been allowed to enter the server due to this ban. I have returned a year older, more wise, and willing to have a civil conversation about what I did and why I feel I deserve having a clean slate. I feel that the reasons for ban were somewhat rational, but all extremely over exaggerated. I was given longer punishments and more punishments while I was simply trying to plead my case and explain what had happened, the admin would hear none of that and so I was banned for being "arrogant and disrespectful" while I was simply trying to explain what I did. I am trying to be respectful and I am asking for a clean slate since these actions occurred a while ago. Thank you for your time.
Evidence: I have no evidence simply because the event took place over a year ago. There are no screenshots or recordings because of the quick ban and blacklist without any hesitation.

Simply because you have been gone for an extended period, for whatever the reason, does not mean you are entitled to your punishments being removed and your record wiped clean.
One does not have their criminal record purged simply because they claim to be a born again christian
