Refund details:i was playing trying to make meth and at that time i crashed and went back
on the meth items was not in my inventory and not in the map so i lost the items. i had a mixer
and all of the other meth items all gone.

Pretty sure you cant get refunded if you crash and not the server

Basically impossible to prove at this point and regardless refunds aren't usually issued for server crashes - only for planned server restarts.
