Player is seen in violation of Rule 6.1 and 17.2.
Player has 6 hours on the server. As such, a 1 hour PTE Blacklist will be implemented. In the future, use @ to submit and admin request to move vehicle if it is required. Also, if there is a towing server available, you have the option of roleplaying the situation and have a tow truck relocate your vehicle.
