First user has already been PTE blacklisted and the second user, jaffar is here, will receive an equal blacklist of 3 hours.
Take this as a stern warning, however, tazing rulebreakers etc. like this is backseat administrating, and a suspension will be issued if you are seen doing it again. A permanent warning will also be applied to your account.
