When im trying to lauch that server in gmod it f**** up and gmod disables.

From what I understand he joins the server and crashes mid-loading.
I suggest you check your model quality is set to "High".
Main menu 》Options 》Video 》Advanced 》"Model Quality" 》Set to "High"

Also make sure your resolution is the highest
