discovered it same day as im posting this
The tables and seats inside the house on the right from the road are bugged/glitched, they are noclipped and you can hide inside them

Im aware this is a map issue not an serverside issue, this could be only fixed by placing down PermaProps by owner, otherwise this is not a bug but an implemented disability
