Summary:
Started off by randomly abducting me. I was then taken to their temporary hostage place where i was shot down to 27 HP for seemingly no reason. They then proceeded to ask me for 5k each, 2.5k each and i ended up giving them 250$ each. They started complaining that i should give them more, after i had refused and explained the rules to them a number of times they shot me dead.

The $2000 limit is for hostage release only (e.g by government) - you can't hostage someone and say "2k or dead".
Both players will receive weapons blacklists. Wiktor will receive a longer blacklist due to prior history of rule violations.
