Summary: I was anarchist at the time and was planning to mug him, I pointed my .44 at him demanded his money and he used the nitrazepam (which he has on bind) falls to his sleep, I Keep watching the area to wait for him to wake up. He wakes up for a brief moment calls in a 911 call on which he had already on copy paste then nitrazepam again. This is blantantly abusing a bug.
Evidence: I do not have any footage of the event, however him admitting to it in PM and log will surley testify this.
