Refund details: So the servver in a glitch atm and me and someone call laojin wasted some money to change our car plates but it didn't change
I wasted 15k tried to do it 3 times
Laojin wasted 5k
Reason: I tried to change my car plates but the server was glitchy. Why iam posting this instead of doing @ i did it and waited for 10 min and noe i have to leave.
