Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke. (RDM) So i was just driving down and around as you do. And there was a firefight so i pulled over to the side of the road just wait till it all blows over. The as you can see on the right Don Corleone you (can tell it was him from the hat the Don wears) (Sebster) Pop's up with a P90 i think it was. I know i should of reversed, But i didn't but still he could clearly see that i was not a threat and he should not of Opened fire one me. (SKIP to 4:15 For the actual start.)

Never have I read something this ridicolous in my life, I'm sorry but the only rulebreaker I see here is you. Why didn't you drive away, why did you stop? How can you not expect getting shot in a huge firefight like that? Cops would let you know when the suspects were down, you were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

So in middle of firefight there was Corleone behind me, How could i reverse? 2. You still dont shoot random cars with people sat in them. You even knew that i did nothing but since the Corleone were RDming the server i guess since it's a firefight nobody will notice.

Id shit my pants if I arrived at a scene like that, with all the gunshots around, dead bodies, blood and shitloads of cops. Looks more like you wanted to get shot. I see no other civillians around there too. All I see in this video is you doing FailRP, but I am not the judge here. So I'm gonna rest my case and wait for an admin to solve this now.

I was a corleone at this time and was at this brutal shootout. A normal citizen in a real life situation would never have stopped and observed this. It's a plane death sentence. I support denial on this PR.

Your statement and your evidence video suggests 2 different things. I can see no corleones when u drive to the spot. we were all inside the corleone estate. or facing the cops (which was infront of you). Just watch the end of the video and you can see this is nonsense!

The situation occurred because the original poster decided to stay in unreasonably dangerous proximity to a raid-in-progress even though he had all the chances to drive back or get out and run away.
@"OBAMATOOKMYCHIP" please take note of the following rule "2.1f Do not run into or loiter around extremely dangerous or life-threatening situations, such as a fire or raid, as a citizen or someone without the appropriate job. " - and consider yourself warned in regards to that rule.
